Lyfja

Lyfja is Iceland's largest pharmacy chain and part of the Festi holding group. The company was founded in 1996 when new pharmacy legislation opened the market, with its first store opening in Lágmúli, Reykjavík. Today Lyfja operates 43 pharmacies and branches across the country — mostly in the capital region, but also in larger towns nationwide.

Lyfja combines traditional pharmacy services with health products, cosmetics, and digital solutions such as the Lyfja app and home delivery. The chain emphasises professional advice, competitive medicine prices, and accessible locations for everyday customers.
